Learn how I was able to achieve this within 6 months.
I successfully ‘escaped’ Nigeria in November 2017; at the moment I live in Ontario .Most times you never realize how bad the situation is living in a third world country like Nigeria till you get the opportunity to leave and breathe the air of freedom, experience peace of mind, good life and great health care services. I cannot continue to list the benefits of moving to Canada.
Why Canada?
Canada is one of the countries that are open for migration, several Nigerians continue to move every single day, and the opportunities here are endless. The most enticing is the Canadian passport, migrating to Canada will eventually give you Canadian citizenship , you know what that means, you can travel to most part of the world visa free. Your children will be forever grateful to you. You can even help other family members migrate legally.

Are there really jobs in Canada?

Absolutely, it is tricky though, if you find, you will get even while in your country, as a matter of fact there are so many companies that are willing to hire immigrants. You will need some good skills, well packaged resume/CV, work experience and God’s guidance. I will provide details on this later.
Why I am helping out
Back in the naija days, when I look back now, I really went through hell and as a matter of fact, it wasn’t a pleasant experience, I was jobless for some years, when I eventually got a job it was a 45K call center job, the money could not take care of me as a young man, crazy and stressful 12 hrs. Shift. Got a better job with an IT firm, but I knew my destiny was not in that country, every church program I went to the pastor always saw that I will travel one day.

Here in Ontario and several other provinces in Canada, you will see several Africans from Ghana, Kenya Uganda and others helping their fellow countrymen back home, they provide as much information and sometimes send money to see that their loved ones move to Canada to enjoy better lives. WE NIGERIANS DON'T DO THAT, there is nothing special about me or the action I took, the only difference is the information I got and how I utilized it.
The interesting thing is that Canada is all welcoming, regardless of your nationality, there is always an opportunity.
Since I have some knowledge on how the internet works, I decided to reach to those that will be interested in the Canadian process. I will continue to provide as much information as I can. That will be my own contribution to my fellow countrymen WITHOUT REQUESTING FOR MONEY FROM ANYONE.
Friends and family
From my experience and interaction with several Nigerians here, we are our own problems. I should have travelled to the United States as far back as 2012/2013, but every time I wanted to start, I would discuss with friends and some family members, there was usually this discouragement from them that always prevented me:
  • “ha you need millions in your account”
  • “US embassy can never give fresh passport visa”
  • “How will you survive there with no money?”
  • “Obama is doing mass deportation”
  • “They will dupe you”
  • “I know one guy that was deported few days after he landed”
These were some of the discouraging words I got from people that just made me sit back between 2011-2017.Look at how many years I wasted!!!
In 2017, I decided to do things differently- solo, I kept most things to myself till I got to an advanced stage, here am I today, I give thanks to the almighty God.
